Year 2000

Will the programs on this page continue to work after 1.1.2000?

Yes. I do not use any date-values in my programs, so there should be not problems (I have not tested it). But possibly, there are Windows-Bugs (in the RASAPI for example) that may cause RasInTask to discontinue working.

Was the last question a good one?

I think not. I even hate the question about year 2000. Everyone thinks that he/she has to give his comments about a problem that isn't actually one (I speak here from PC's and not from controlling systems of nuclear power plants in countries where noone has enought money to update the software...).

Big compnaies on this world complain about the year 2000, but they could easily update their software to new versions. But the problem is: It is too expensive to update the software. If a company lost the data of some customers because of the Y2K problem, they have a good excuse....
