Small changes:
- Notes about a BETA-Verison of RasInTask
- Killed some small BUGs (Comments about RasInTask(German) are now showed under Netscape)
- Languages in "Big Order" where not correct (Enlgish page was German)
- Implemented a cooler navbar for newer browsers (IE and NS 4+). The Site can also be visited by older brwosers,
which will use the old layout (sorry, but the cool treeview will not work on your browser).

New layout of my homepage. Many improovements:
- Now using frames. I wrote some programs to fix nearly all of the problems with frames
- Section "Newscast" added
- Removed some death links
- Every page has now a "last-modified"-Date
