What are the Webtools?

With the help of these tools you can create a navbox like that you can see on every page on my homepgae at the top-right corner. The archive contains the follwoing PerlScripts:

• frameset: Helps you to recreate a frameset, if you give the user the possibility to turn the frmaes off. Have a look at thr 3. Icon in the Nav-Box (first you should turn the frames off with the 1 or the 2 Icon)
• language: Helps you to give the user the possibility to switch the language of your website at any place. Have a Look at the "L"-Icon at the top
