Since Microsft seems to handle some API-Calls in Windows9x quite strange (they work sometimes, but only sometimes), I
have rewritten the whole routine for finding out, if a connection got disconnected. This fixes the follwoing two, not
reproducable, bugs:

ToDo-List
[In the german version, you'll find here a cool comment, but I was not able to translate it to English...]
I am now working on a version 1.11 which will contain improovements for the features that were introduced with 1.1 together with some new features. This will be
- A PlugIn-Interface togehter wit a TCP/IP-Plugin (the interface is complete but I deceided not to implement it to 1.1 since it is quite untested now)
- A window that will let you to control the MultiDial process at any time
- System-wide hotkeys
